4 – Data Processing Methods
1. The genes4you.it website does not contain forms and does not independently collect personal data. Personal data may be entered by users through the email addresses present on the site.
2. Like all websites, this site also uses log files in which information collected automatically during user visits is stored. The collected information could be the following:

Personal data may be communicated to third parties (e.g., Law Enforcement or debt collection companies) without notice. Once the necessary consent has been received, with regard to the use of personal data for commercial and marketing purposes, the customer is informed that the collection and use of data for the aforementioned purposes involves the analysis of the same data aimed at the development of personalized commercial programs and offers or services both by our company and by third parties. The customer’s consent may therefore determine commercial contact for:

11 – Transfer of Data to Non-EU Countries
1. This site may share some of the collected data with services located outside the European Union area.
