- Collect and send the sample: After collecting the sample and placing it in its box, send an email to info@genes4you.it indicating any preferences (date and time) to arrange the FREE collection….we’ll take care of the rest.
- Receive the report: You will conveniently receive the result at your home via your email address!!!
- Follow the personalized advice: The report, in addition to the analysis outcome, will include interpretation of the results and personalized suggestions on the diet to follow and the integration with prebiotics and probiotics specifically studied for you by our biologist nutritionists.
- Verify your health status: You will notice the benefits of our personalized paths from the very first days. At the end of the suggested diet and nutritional cycle, you will be able to verify the results achieved.
