By creating an account on Genes4you.it, the user declares that they have read and fully accepted the terms and conditions established in this agreement. If you are creating an account on behalf of a company or other legal entity, the user declares that they have the authority to enter into this agreement. If you do not have such authority or do not fully accept the terms of this agreement, you cannot use this service.
Any changes to the terms of this agreement may be applied by GeneS S.r.l. without any prior notice. All updates and modifications will be effective immediately after the publication of the updated version. If, due to a change in the general conditions, the user disagrees, they may suspend access to and use of the service. You are advised to frequently check the Terms and General Conditions of use of this agreement.
Service Description
GeneS S.r.l. provides private individuals and companies with a reporting service, through genetic, hormonal, and microbiota analyses applied to various health sectors. Each product/service is linked to a specific description on the website. Accepted payment methods are: Stripe, SumUp, and bank transfer, directly from the application management panel.
The information displayed on the website may relate to images, descriptions and prices of products, descriptions and prices of services, and links to third-party websites and/or e-commerce platforms.
Payments
After registration, the user has full access to the application. Currently, only payment via bank transfer or PayPal™ service is accepted, which allows secure payment via a free account or with any credit card, without any registration. Orders must be paid within 48 hours of issue and, in case of payment by Bank Transfer, the details must be communicated to info@genes4you.it.
Account Cancellation
If the user decides for any reason to cancel their account on the genes4you portal, they must first disable the account using the specific function in the “Account” menu of the reserved section and, subsequently, send written communication to info@genes4you.it.
Maintenance
GeneS S.r.l. may temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance or other operational reasons, without any communication to customers and without liability for losses or damages resulting from such interruptions. The technical staff will reactivate the service as quickly as possible.
Registration and Access
By registering, the user declares that they are of legal age to enter into a binding contract and agrees to communicate the data required for accessing and using the services. They also declare that the information provided during the registration process is truthful, accurate, and complete and that it will be regularly updated in case of changes.
GeneS S.r.l. reserves the right to terminate this agreement and to refuse, limit, or discontinue the service for any reason, at any time, and without notice or liability, should the information provided during registration or changed at any subsequent time be false, inaccurate, or incomplete, or if the terms and conditions of this contract are not respected. The user is responsible for the safekeeping of their access credentials and is fully responsible for everything that occurs through access using their account.
Use of the Service
GeneS S.r.l. reserves the right for its customers to access and use the services expressly granted under this agreement. The user may not modify or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its related systems.
Except as expressly authorized by GeneS S.r.l. in writing, you are in no case authorized to reproduce, copy, sell, or exploit for commercial purposes, in whole or in part, the content of the site. The user agrees not to use the service for the purpose of violating, intentionally or unintentionally, any community or international law, rule, or regulation, or to upload, publish, transmit, sell, or make available any product, content, or service that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, invading the privacy of others, instigating racial, ethnic, or other social hatred, which is not legally available, which they do not have the right to make available or sell, or which involves the infringement of patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, or other property rights. Any activity deemed suspicious, fraudulent, abusive, or illicit that leads to the termination of the service will be referred to the competent judicial authorities, exempting GeneS S.r.l. from any liability arising from such communication. In no event shall GeneS S.r.l. be liable to the user or third parties for any modification, suspension, or interruption of the service.
Consent
Before using the service, it is necessary to obtain all necessary authorizations from the company, from any customers, and other third parties who may be involved in the use of the service in any way.
